Maison forte construite au XVIe siècle, à laquelle deux marquis de Maîche vont donner son caractère de belle demeure néo-classique. Appelé « Château de Maîche », il prit le nom de « Château Montalembert » en 1870. Ce lieu fut le théâtre d'une rencontre orageuse entre le Général de Gaulle et Winston Churchill le 13 novembre 1944. Sur réservation à l'Office de Tourisme du Pays Horloger.
